Some love stories come full circle—and this one brought me right back to where it all began.

A year after photographing their wedding at The Venue at Winding Hills in Montgomery, NY, I had the absolute joy of reconnecting with Cassandra and Nicole for their one-year anniversary session at Grand Central Station—the exact location where we first met during their engagement shoot.

A Return to Grand Central

We planned to meet at 9AM. I hopped on the Metro North from Beacon Station and arrived just as light spilled through the grand windows of Grand Central Terminal—one of NYC’s most iconic locations.

Cassandra and Nicole arrived shortly after, dressed in the same wedding outfits they wore on May 24, 2024, their big day. There’s something so special about putting those pieces back on—not for a ceremony this time, but to simply celebrate each other.

It was relaxed, joyful, and full of the quiet intimacy that only grows deeper with time.
